Autumn fun

This weekend, we picked up leaves out of the yard.

The kids both helped.


And then had fun jumping into the piles.




Gracie made it her job to save as many ladybugs from the trash bags as possible. She saved quite a few:

OMG!! You have that many leaves down already??? We have only had a couple drop, but I know the rest are coming soon!! Looks like a fun day :-)

Oh, how fun...for the kids!! We don't have any leaves on the ground yet either, but when we do, my bet is Bill will be out there w/ the lawn mower and there won't be any piles to rake. The novelty of raking leaves wears off quick! LOL

We have some leaves down already--primarily because of the tree damage from Ike! But not big piles yet :)
Good for you, Gracie, looking out for the little creatures! God loves them too :)
