Day 8

On Dec 26th, Doug and I left the kids with my parents and Jenny & Justin left Jovie with Doug's parents and the four of us went out for a child-free lunch. We were joined by our friend Bobby. The lunch was great, but Bobby's truck was broken into while we ate, so we got to wait in the parking lot for 45 min after lunch while police reports were filed. :(

After lunch, we picked up the kids and went over to spend the afternoon with Doug's family. We got back to my parents house and learned that my brother and his family were on their way and would be there in time for dinner!

Upon their arrival, Little Robert was not too happy.


Jennifer was exhausted and went to bed, but the other adults stayed up playing Cranium for a while.
